One of the easiest ways to do this is to give free value and make it valuable.
For example, if you were a plumber you would make an e-book about plumbing and how to make sure your pipes do not leak.
When you give your prospect the e-book you tell them that you can help with their plumbing and they could book an appointment to get their pipes looked at.
Simple as that, you have to tailor it to your business and, then you will be able to sell to your prospect at the opportune moment.
